Lol okay, I really don't know why but, hey, it kinda works right? It also turned out far better than I imagined it. It's like, pretty much the same as the Scribblenauts box art but with Pokémon! I tried to Pokémonise the items; the boat became Lapras and the T-rex, dragonite. Then I just dropped that idea and stuck Mew and Pikachu on it.

I'm not really that good at cel shading, but I think this is my best at it yet.

I couldn't choose between "Scribblemon" or "Pokénauts". It's obvious which one I went for.

And I'm quite pleased with the "parody" of the Scribblenauts slogan...heh, "Train Anything. Catch Everything." It's like a flippin' command. DO IT!

Update: Shrunk logo and repositioned Red, dulled colour.

Thank you very much! Haha, yeah, I'm one of those people who get slightly irked whenever somebody mixes Red and Ash up, or think they're one and the same. I guess you can't blame them, but still.

Thanks yeah, Pokénauts is a comic drawn with a Scribblenauts-inspired artstyle, so this picture's based on the game's boxart.

Lol, while I was making it I asked myself "would this make a feasable comic? It seems a waste of an idea otherwise" but in the end, I can't see how I can make a comic based around Scribblenauts and Pokémon, unless it's just a Pokémon comic in the Scribblenauts art style like this picture.
