I'll bet a lot of lolis are going to rip me a new one for drawing this because OMG LOLIS ARE PROPER YOUNG LADIES WHO WOULD NEVER SHOW THEIR BLOOMERS TO THE UNSUSPECTING PUBLIC but I don't give a damn, it's freaking cute.
