Description
This is me Blue Eyes Shining Dragon from the Yu-Gi-Oh movie ^^ We tried to de-speckle it when we scanned it in and it went spastic, very nifty tho

I drew it in pencil, scanned the image, and then used the despeckle mode my program had to create the streaks. I'm not sure that it happens anymore, but back in that version, if you upped the setting too far, that's what would happen ^^

You've got a good feel for shading, and attention to detail. I'm quite impressed by your tech drawings (I suck at them xp)
Make sure that you note references, don't upload too many duplicates of pieces (ie. just update the previous deviation instead of uploading a completely new one, if you get a better picture/scan of it). You'll avoid a good deal of flaming if you do that

I sketched the original in normal graphite pencil, then scanned it and turned the de-speckle filter up really high -- that's how the streaks were made. I did a little bit of coloring after that, too
