This is the seventh scene in my series of illustrations for an Easter project that a co-worker at my church assigned to me. Obviously it is an allegory of the biblical easter account, but in medieval/renaissance form. This scene depicts the Kidnapper(The Devil/Satan) ordering the people to kill the King in exchange for their freedom.Related content
