Very nice picture! Was this taken in Canada cause here (in Québec, Canada) we have a hell of alot of snow like in your picture.

Thanks. Yes it was taken near Toronto. I took this shot the day after we received like two feet of snow and apparently we are only a few centimeters away from this year having the most snowfall ever.

Ha! In Toronto! You should see the snow we have here in montreal! Let me just say that I had to dig three feet in the snow to reach the top of the compost bins and the hot tub behind my house (the hot tub sits at ground level, it's not dug in). There has also been many roof cave-ins due to the weight of the vast amount of snow. You should see the amout of snow here!

Its sunny out now and we still have like four feet of snow on the ground. It's starting to get annoying, I want to be able to see our lawn again!

All the snow here just north of Toronto has been gone for a couple of weeks now we have had a lot of warmer weather already.

Wow that took a long time, I was just near Parry Sound on the weekend and they had the odd patch of snow left too and probably get close to the same amount as you guys do. Anyway I'm glad spring is sort of here.

Very well done. I would straighten it a bit.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

JamesHackland In reply to AndreasResch [2008-03-24 02:27:28 +0000 UTC]

I straightened it but it still doesn't really look right because of the lens distortion and that the horizon line is also the crest of a hill but I think it is an improvement. Thank you.
