Description Harthope Valley, Northumberland

Taken on the way back from seeing the waterfall Harthope Linn (number 2 in the waterfall book ) Sadly, the waterfall wasn't that accessible as we've had loads of rain recently and the river was really flooded and rough!

I shoot nearly all my landscapes with a Sigma 10-20 wide angle lens

I really like it as a lens, you can fit so much of a scene in, definatly recommend it!

I was nearly clinging onto that rock, it was a really rough river! luckily i had wellies on, although they gave me the worlds most painful blister, it was worth it in the end though - need to get some waterproof walking boots i think! Cheers for the fav Viktoria!

You're welcome - Glad to hear about the wellies - I haven't had a chance to wear them since being in Canada - it's either snowy or so damn hot that you don't made wading in the water bare-foot.
