Description
A windy shot taken in February last year with stormy skies sitting over the moors.Can't get my EXIF data to work for some reason, so here it is :

I love this picture. This, for me, captures what is the plains of Rohan in the Lord of the Rings. This makes my fantasy come to live, and gives me a warm feeling inside my chest - As said, I love this picture.

Another class shot James. Personally I like the very dark sky at the top of the shot, gives it a feeling of ominous weather approaching.
I'm guessing this is up above Corby Crags by the looks of it, one of my favourite locations.

I am very jealous of you! I'm still working with a 450D at the moment, but I plan to switch to the 7D somewhere this summer. I don't want to go full frame yet because I'd have to start a new collection of lenses from the start and I just don't have that kind of money right now. Maybe in 10 years or so

I was using a 400D until I got my 5D II about a year ago!
You have some good work in your gallery so the 450D must still be a good camera for you!

The sky surely adds to it, although the colors of the landscape do make the picture stand out!
Photography is the whole package, most of us always are after the package = landscape + sky
