I have to make a confession. Under common circumstances, I royally SUCK at Donkey Kong. The biggest problem I have with him is his face, especially his mouth and eyes.Thankfully, I managed to make something acceptable so I went on with it.
So yah, just a basic drawing of DK and his li'l buddy, Diddy.

I like the previous DK and Diddy pic better than this one imo .3. Just looks a little hazy/blurry and not bright and crispier than the other...
The other thing I noticed is the white bits around Diddy's arm (the one he has raised up pointing).. maybe forgot to colour it in?
Dude, I know what you mean bout DK's face...he's like drawing Bowser to me..so much to him and maybe that is why I don't draw much of them .__.
I do like the pose, and Diddy's frantic 'ITS OVER THERE!" or 'WHAT'T THAT?!!" pose is awesome!

Honestly I think you do good job with his face. That body though, it seems a little rounder than it should be.

the roundness of the body was sort of intentional, as I wanted to try to give Donkey Kong a more cartoony-look, much like his King of Swing design.
