Anyway in all seriousness, finished a 2nd Playthrough of the original Wario Land, so I decided to do that thing the cool kids do and redraw a Sprite from the game ~

This one looks very good for an attempt at "WayForwarding" a monochrome sprite from an age-old handheld system. You got the original intent for this right down to the point.

its just dang to see what Nintendo made from Wario the last years. The first games he was more like the "bad dude from Mario". now hes more like a jerk.

he's been more of a jerk than an outright antagonist. I mean heck he mostly ditched being a bad guy as early as a year after his inception.

exactly. I mean if i see maybe the Wario Land series was great - at least the frist 4 one. After that he more or less a idiot, farting and smells and even nintendo "created" him to BE that makes it even more looking worse.

not really, i mean look the first wario lands 1-3. He was more or less "weird" but not disgusting - at least in a more "funny" way but if you look at him now.....
