I need to ask You. Did You ever saw that posing before or this was Your idea from a very begining? I ask cos I am thinking about ussing simillar posing and I wouldn't like to use someone's idea ..I also wonder if posing may be someone's property from what I know no XD Still I always wanna be fine with every rules even just moral or good behaving

Its original. A lot of artists look at others for inspiration and use poses for their own work. It never someone's property, its an artistic interpretation. Even Leonardo Di Vinci copied other artists. The only advice I would give you is make the pose or artwork your own by elaborating on the pose and make it better. Art evolves as artists try new things by using a combination of old with new...

You know that Destro is just trying to figure out when Baroness is going to leave him hanging when the battle goes to pot, as she often does. But when you're talking about a brunette meganekko (glasses girl) with a body like that, practically anything is forgiven. Faye Valentine, after stomping on Jet's foot with her heel for his age joke: "And you can't tell what a woman will do just by looking at her." Jet: "Just like a snake!" Spike: "You two make a lovely couple." (Cowboy Bebop glossing the Baroness/Destro relationship). Sweet art.
