Originally done for 's competition but I'm still waiting to get confirmation of membership (US Thanksgiving delays I suspect). But saw the competition pieces and jumped the gun. Oh well, will send it in if the membership comes through in time...A rather different style to what I've done before. Reasonably happy with the execution but not sure it's really "my" style.

You know I got about half way through when I realised the story could be going either way. To whom does the key belong? Is she fearful and keeping her heart from him? Or is she ruthless and has stolen his heart? I'll let the viewer decide...
Loved the roman bath stock...had started trying to use it in another manip but just couldn't get the composition/lighting to work so I was wrapped when it fitted this - I'd already masked it and everything!
