I have to admit, I'm not a fan of mods that let you still work with the Blades despite not killing Paarthurnax. I thought I would be, but then I realized that having good guys not getting along just makes the story more interesting for me.And thus closes my Thalmor story arc. Hope everyone enjoyed it!

I'm weak. I got a mod that allows you to still work with the blades and not kill Paarthurnax.(I haven't used it yet though)

I wrote this story (never posted it maybe I will) where my Dragonborn is talking to Delphine and this is how it goes:
Delphine: Look, if you don't kill Paarthurnaxx I will.
Dragonborn: If you even approach High Hrothgar I will betray you to the Thalmor.Β
Delphine: You wouldn't!
Dragonborn: I will, I swear by Lord Julianos I will! I've got friends in Ivarstead who will tell me if you go to High Hrothgar.
My Dragonborn worships Julianos.

Those prisoners can be so ungrateful. I remember coming across a Thalmor patrol with my Dragonborn Emilia and her follower Vilkas, and I turned all the Thalmor into cows. Then the prisoner chimes in with "Next Imperial I see is dead." And he got turned into a skeever, since my Dragonborn is Imperial.Β Β The the Thalmor cows got aggressive and started pushing everyone around, and they called Vilkas a dog. So I turned him into one. It was a fun night experimenting with console magic.

I've tried turning Heimskr into a preaching bear. Unfortunately he stops talking when you turn him into an animal.

Really? The Thalmor were still able to talk as cows. I was almost peeing my pants from laughing at a cow saying "Behold the future! Behold the Thalmor!" Hm....

I really hate the Blades in Skyrim now. They're not the same guys, pro and badass-samurai like warriors, I loved in Oblivion.
I mean, seriously, when they told me to kill Paarthurnax, I lost all my respect to them. And never returned to them.
Why the game didn't have an option, to kill them, or simply say "NO!", when it comes to that moment? Bullcrap.

Awesome!!! The Lydia/Julius hug at the end is epic and true brilliance. Please tell me what mod you used to let them hug each other? Also, those "brothers" or whatever were awesome and very, very amusing. Great stuff!!!

The hug was from the Puppeteer Master mod: [link] ? but I specifically used my NPC follower of Julius for it, because using it with your character forces the camera to go behind you.

Now that's clever!! I have used the Puppeteer Mod but never found the Hug option. I also never ever thought to use a follower that looks identical to you for screenshots and stuff. Very smart!! I might just copy your idea with that if you don't mind although I will give all credit to you, of course.
