Love Don't Die - The Fray

Rider and Nether Storm has a falling out after their young seven year old daughter fell into a river and drowned nearly twenty-five years ago.
In a fit of rage in blaming Rider for not caring enough to pay attention and being to focused on her job disappeared one day never to return home again.
Not to long after Rider fell into her depression where in she was consumed by her disease and ceased to feel all if any emotion. She became a burden to friends and family and they all but abandoned her to her fate.
Almost five years later Nether Storm returned to Rider and it was awkward for them both. They tried to avoid each other and not talk but both felt the yearning to be together again that refused to leave either despite the fact they couldn't stand to look at each other. Angered and frustrated they spent one night together and in the morning agreed to part ways never to speak. Rider however couldn't bring herself to kick Nether Storm out of her life.
However when she worked up the will to finally remove the stallion from her life and move on she learned that she was infact pregnant once again. Full of anger and sorrow at the fact she went off on Nether Storm that day and let slip the fact she was pregnant.
Determined Nether Storm now refused to leave not trusting Rider alone with another foal fearful that it would meet the same fate their previous daughter had.
After their filly Metalica Gears was born the two grudgingly agreed to raise her together and part ways once the foal was old enough to go to school. But something strange happened. As time went on and they worked together to make sure their child was happy and healthy they began to grow closer and once again fall in love.
Nearly seven years after the death of their first child they forgave each other for what happened and finally mourned together for their loss as well as look toward their future. Nearly twenty years after the birth of their filly they are still mending their relationship but are still deeply in love with each other refusing to part ways ever again no matter what happens.
