I use prismacolour pencils on textured paper
the outline is micron ink pen

white is great for blending and smoothing colors, try it out.
Its one of my favorite colored pencils.

naw i have a colorless blender for that i dont like using my white for blending ~.~ gives it a pastel look and i hate that lol
