I'll start off with the good things.
First off, I'm seriously impressed that you did this all by free hand, and without a tablet! The lines are so clean, and perfect. That's certainly very impressive.
I love her expression as hell. It's attractive, and screams beauty and elegance.
To be honest, I really can't find any obvious issues. The only I could really mention is the placement of her ear,but besides that, I find this to be amazing!
