In truth, I need more time to build up her backstory to determine the name of the OS she runs on. Also, this was a difficult question for a robotic character who's not fully self-aware of her true nature, so I'll elaborate on some parts.

Basically, Cyberia Heart's OS gives her AI that's capable of learning and independent thought, to a limited extent. She's also programmed to have a range of artificial emotions. But right now, she still requires routine maintenance and updates as she is sometimes unable to grasp concepts that would normally be considered "common sense" (like knowing that fish-shaped crackers and 'all-purpose rhubarb' are not really ingredients for cake)!

As for her designer being "fond of music", that goes back to question 1 on how Cyberia got her name from a theme for Stepmania. Her character design was partly inspired by concepts I gathered from rhythm games. So her OS, in it's introductory stage, is codenamed "Overture" for now.
