Materials and Methods
Nikon D7000 + Nikon AF Nikkor 50mm F/1.8D + IR remote on 8 second timer. f/1.8 for max depth of field. Christmas lights hung in the background. See the tutorial above on how to do forced perspective bokeh shots. SB-600 for bounce lighting against a white wall. Ancient Warmth applied for color.

As usual an interesting concept and a gorgeous implementation. The harmony of the colors and the layout are great.
The only thing I find a little irritating is the lost focus on the pinky (and only the pinky).

Ah you're right; it would've looked more coherent with the rest of the hand if the pinky was bend down. I just have a habit of raising my pinky up like I'm drinking tea
