Elita was constructed by Xavier as an assistant for Jedder, primarily to manage operations at their new base. With a highly advanced AI, she possesses high levels of intelligence and coordination capabilities. Once she gets her hands on a system, she can gain full control and operate it 10 times better than any standard computer or personnel operator could.

Elita was built with an AI system design similar to that of Xavier's and Omega's, a system designed with a core priority to define the AI's purpose, but also with a unique personality and free will to allow the AI to establish its own identity and fulfill its purpose independently. Elita's AI design is inferior to that of the originals in that her core priority has heavy influence on her personality, compelling her to be more obedient and content with her role. However, she has enough free will that she can, and does, question her role and is capable of overriding her priority if ever compelled to do so.

Elita's personality is polite and cheerful. She enjoys being helpful and doesn't allow negative factors to affect her performance. She also likes to study and gather information during hours of low activity (her free-er time) for the sake of learning new things. While she likes to socially interact with others from time to time and takes commands from authorized personnel, she is programmed to recognize Jedder, Tactilla, Assultus, and Rivaax as the primary authorities and will not follow commands that contradict theirs. As a sort of counter-balance, Jedder, Rivaax, and the Ancient siblings are responsible for mentoring Elita and teaching her what's right and what's wrong in order to rationalize why their cause is worth fighting for.

Abilities: Elita's hardware was designed to link with any electronic system with maximum ease. She can accomplish this thanks to her fiber-optic fingertips, allowing her to make a connection through touching a dashboard, outlet, or conduit. Once she's connected, she can transmit programs and commands from her mainframe, becoming virtually one with the system and exerting complete control. In addition, Elita can hover and fly, and can create holograms. The hologram generators on her back can create powerful holograms, but at very short range. She likes to use them to chance her appearance for "creative appeal", but she can also disguise and camouflage herself. She can project long-range holograms from her eyes for digital presentations or other purposes. Since her eye projectors are less powerful than her back generators, such projections are always green.
