Zexion, the Cloaked Schemer. Organization member No. VI. He... umm.. doesn't talk much, and you never see him in action as HIMSELF in the game, so it's kinda hard to discern many distinguishing character traits. So, I did what every sensible person does. I consulted the manga! I LOVE manga Zexion! Challenge for this series of pics is to draw them with PERSONALITY! But that was especially hard with Zexion. The challenge for THIS pic: Hair. Zexion's hair is wonderful, but VERY hard to draw properly... This pic is based on the manga's version, who is not quite so tall and thin, but is infinitely more adorable! Anywho, Xemnas is next. I'll put him up monday. Larxene is after him- she's tuesday.
The point of this exercise is to challenge myself. I give myself a deadline of midnight to finish each picture, and I do not allow myself to start on the next one until that day I have chosen to do the character. ALL of these were drawn and finished during shcool hours. So, I guess my deadline is REALLY to finish before I set foot in my house. You get the idea. And I must do the characters in the order I set. Once I wrote down the list (yesterday) I cannot change it. I need to challenge myself artistically once in a while, otherwise I'll (gasp!) get tired of drawing... Yeah, that's about the time HEll will freeze over!
