Marluxia, the Graceful Assasin. Organization No. XI. I prefer to call him "Marluxia, the Pink-Haired Pouf." I like him though. Sadly, Marluxia gets NO love! Why does everyone dislike him so muh????? Anywho, I'll probably be uploading about one a day, except weekends. I'm doing all of the Organization members. Zexion is next. My goal is to capture the personality of the character in this series of pics, so here is Marluxia, temporary lord of Castle Oblivion(before Sora kicked his ass), sitting in his chair, looking a little conceited and more than a little smug. Comments and faves much appreciated!

Did you know that Marluxia was going to be a woman? Square Enix decided that having two female members rebel against their mostly male organization only to fail would seem sexist, so they changed one.

finally a good picture of Marluxia that shows his attitude, and it isn't a screen shot, I hate the fan people who say his attitude is "I'm a girly princess man" where as it's really "you have irritated me and I'm going to kill you now... slowly, and you will scream... a lot, but I'll be having fun" he reminds me of Azazel from the show supernatural in the way he talks and acts. wonderful pic and long rant from me sorry :

It's a great picture, aside from the chair looking all sketchy, and you kind of forgot one of the lines on his cloak. If you want to know why I personally don't like Marluxia at all (sorry, I can't pretend I like him even a bit after he kicked my butt 50+ times in CoM
1) He basically backstabs the rest of the Organization. And, being a fan of most of the Order, this makes me angry. Larxene and Axel did too, but Axel did it for the good guys and Larxene's too cool to hate.
2) HE'S TOO HARD TO BEAT IN COM!!! Yes, I know that's a horrible thing to hate someone for just because they're a good fighter, but I'm sick of getting a Game Over screen over and over and over and over and over again. And he's delaying me from playing as Riku!
3) He killed my dignity... and Sora, I guess, but that's not important. I mena, it's one thing to say you died valiently in battle against a chakram-wielding pyromaniac named Axel, a blood-thirsty werewolf-esque Saix with a giant claymore, trigger-happy teleporting space-controlling Xigbar, or even Demyx's timed water clone attacks. But, no. I was ripped to shreds with SAKURA PETALS. BRIGHT. PINK. FLOATY. SAKURA. PETALS. 'Nuff said.
4) He's probably gay for Sora. Well, while it's not official, it's also kind of obvious when you look at it in a different light. Pretty much every single time Sora comes up to the guy (aside from the beginning of the game), he talks about how he wants Sora to become his bi--I mean, slave. Plus there's the fact that almost everyone on the planet is almost positive he's gay, and we don't know much about his personality besides he's the pimpin' leader of the bad guys. Now, and this is just theory, we add up the fact that he wants Sora to be his slave (apparently really badly, too), he's [supposedly] gay, he's the pimpin' leader, and we have absolutely no clue what his... er... sextual preferences age-wise are, throw in some perverted imagination... and there you have what I think about when I spend way too much time playing Chain of Memories.
5) I CAN COUNT TO FIVE! 8D I had to put that in.
So there you have why I hate Marluxia myself. As to anyone else, I have no clue, but I think it's among these principles. Or maybe they're homophobes. Who knows?

omg i love this. you draw him so well! you're really good at drawing bodies you know? everyone hates marluxia and it's so sad....personally, he's my favorite member, and who cares if his element is flowers? flowers are badass okay! XD i'm going to start a marluxia activist group. everyone says he's so girly but he's not! he's actually not like that AT ALL in the game and it really ticks me off when people say he's so girly because of his flowers. he's actually pretty intimidating. so yeah XD sorry for rambling.

Excellent. I gotta say Marly's my fav character in the series by far. You really got his personality down, that of an awesomely evil schemer, yet still inside he remains a gay little faggot(hehe, poor marly, he shoots blossoms at you...). One problem besides the ones already pointed out, you know the 4 pointed star thingy that connects the blade to the staff? Instead of going directly into the staff, there's like a block of armor or something that then flows into the staff, it's hard to explain without a pic..... anyway good work and I hope to see how the others turn out!
