Here's a picture of Javan Suntry, a lizardman (actual race name pending) from my Iowk fiction.

He lost his left leg and arm as a child from a Dwarven Terrorists' IED. That experience led him to become a Dwarven Labor Manager, managing enslaved Dwarven workers and engineers. But unlike a lesser man, whom would hate the Dwarves for his childhood loss, he wishes to use his position to help the enslaved Dwarves and prevent further terrorist attacks.

His nation's style is a combination of Ancient Egypt and 1960-1970 America; the technology and some styles of that era mixed in with many aspects of Ancient Egypt. You can see two of his alternative outfits in the linked picture below.
