Description 18k hand engraved scroll-work overlay on sterling with a large black Lightning Ridge opal set in 22k. Three 2mm royal blue, AAA clarity, RB cut natural sapphires most likely heated. Two 2mm, G color, VS clarity diamond accents set in 18k gold. Totally hand fabricated, opal cut by Mark

This ring has a lot of detail.. the 18k scrollwork overlay goes around the entire band and the back of the ring holds 3 tube-set gems (diamonds and sapphire). See an album showing all the various angles of the ring here~ [link]
