These cards are implying there is peace between the NLR and the SE.
There should be a set that implies war or some sort of tension between the factions.
Like, on the back of the NLR card it should say stuff like "This card grants access to military gear unless otherwise supervised by a higher authority blah blah blah..." or something to that nature.
Could that be a thing?
