"I don't understand what we're getting wrong with this Drain I really don't.." N's voice was heard, as the visualization soon changed to that of Drain who was seen examining a machine along with an echinda he knew as being N an old friend from his planet, a fellow scientist the two of them had been rival's for a while until the planet's take over, and then they became close friends. After Drain's eyes were damaged and he was rescued? he had forgotten about N in attempts to starting his new life, and ended up running across him again, this time a biter- lonely echinda.

Long story short, N somehow ended up surviving the planet's downfall and became another one of the many scientists to help the guardians in their quest after realizing that he still meant something to Drain, and together they worked alongside the rest of Drain's family to often build things to help the guardians, to help treat anything medical, to basically be scientists and or doctors.

"...It's a pretty standard machine...we really should be-"

"The problem with the machine is the fact that you are using the energy watts of twenty-three megahurts to power it, and you haven't reinforced the interior with the proper metals I suggest that you-" A voice spoke out, continuing with the solution to the problem, Drain and N looking towards behind them seeing a young teenager visible standing a few feet in front of the two of them along with a woman they knew as being Gina Drain and N's expressions turning from shocked to even more shocked as the teen continued.

"Okay, okay wait I just have one question," N spoke out cutting off the teen.

"Yes?"

"Who's this guy?" N questioned looking over at Drain, with Drain chuckling a bit shaking his head.

".. Relic." Drain answered, as Gina smiled with a nod.

Meet Relic son of one of the scientists that use to work for Jedidah, Relic was taken pretty early on in his life by Daisy, kept for a long period of time before Jedidah negotiated his safe return in exchange for the manual labor of all of his employee's, Daisy sees this as a complete win- win and lets Relic go back to his family with the promise that none of the scientists will learn the true nature of what they are working with, Relic feels he doesn't have much of a choice and lets it go.

He comes back very quiet, somewhat mouthy and with a robotic arm; Jedidah does try to console him, try to comfort him but Relic pushes him away and keeps mostly to himself and to his mother (although he's forbidden from telling his mother the story either) extremely intelligent ( as most of Jedidah's people are ) Relic prefers to be quiet and not give his inputs on most things that all the other "adult geniuses" are working on, because why would they care about some bratty teen's opinion on things? much to the annoyance of Jedidah who keeps assuring him "everyone's voice should be heard!"

Finally, Daisy's had enough of Jedidah's people and Jedidah himself, and decides to erase them all from the map; starting with Relic's mother, Jedidah manages to save Relic just in the nick of time and the two of them attempt to escape from Daisy's wrath, finding themselves locked in a room with a few stasis pod's, to which Jedidah comes up with the plan to get into said stasis pod's and hope that Daisy will not find them if they camouflage them, Relic finds it a shaky premise at best; but what with Jedidah's walking with a limp, Relic bleeding heavily from a wound on his leg- and them locked in the room, there's really nothing to fight about, and Jedidah insists Relic goes into the stasis pod first so he can make sure it's set properly before he goes into the one right next to Relic.

At this point Relic doesn't want to leave Jedidah behind, he's hysterical saying that he's lost everything he can't lose Jedidah too- but Jedidah promises him that everything will be fine if he follows his instructions, so Relic does; enters the stasis pod, and Jedidah slams it shut on him; only for Relic to realize that Jedidah's plan actually involved putting Relic in a stasis pod and diverting Daisy's attention away from him in order to save his life.

The plan works, the stasis pod goes off; and the last thing Relic sees is Jedidah fleeing the scene, while Daisy gives chase- before the pod is opened, he falls out of it and realizes there is a group of new hedgehog's staring at him, some with weird tattoo's, one with purple fur and glasses? who are these people? he thinks.

Turns out the guardian's find the working stasis pod in an old abandoned lab, and pull him out of it- after one quick check with Drain, they are informed he's still a healthy teenager, as far as Drain is concerned; and hedgehog Gina takes it upon herself to let him crash with her for a few days and the two form a mother-son like bond.

Relic shows his intelligence, his gift quite glaringly when talking with anyone- he doesn't mean too but he comes off as the smartest person in the room; much to the concern of surrogate mom Gina and the rest of the guardian's, as some of them can't even follow what he's saying, Relic often being told to "dumb it down" for them to understand, nonetheless he's willing to help, and he's eager to discover what's become of the rest of his people!

Now turn too your..right? I think it's right, and meet Gina blue hedgehog girl, a typical loving normal hedgehog woman; who decides one day that she's going to adopt a child, filing out everything she has to file; working on everything she has too, she's finally approved for it- and comes to the local orphanage to take a child home one day, running across a cutesy bouncy baby boy whom she falls deeply in love with and just has to have, taking said child home.

One thing about Gina is, she has the ability of seeing people's memories simply by way of touch (if she touches an arm, a finger, a leg pretty much anything she can see a moment in time from that person) she quickly comes to realize that her new son has a " half-moon " birthmark on his wrist, and thanks to her ability realizes he's Iriago's long-forgotten son, unsure of what the story is; but well aware Iriago would never willingly give up a child, Gina decides to go on a quest to reunite the child with his father, the only problem is; at this point Iriago and the rest of the guardian's remain hidden from most of the public's eye due to wanting privacy so it takes Gina quite a lot of legwork before finally showing herself to Iriago and the guardians

Of course, Iriago takes his son back with open arms, and is forever grateful to Gina for bringing him back to him; tells her the child's name is Micheal and that due to the villain Daisy, Micheal was split from his mother and father; long bits of thank yous, presents and gifts later; Gina becomes one of the helpers of the guardians (not quite magically gifted, but gifted in other ways) and she and Iriago remain, close friends, Micheal even growing up to call her "Aunt Gina!"

ANYWAY, rambling a lot I know sorry XD

Side Notes To Remember

Gina is very good friends with Harmatrix's wife Jazz, the two of them often talk over the phone, spend a lot of time together; seems they have a lot in common, in the route of being overly competitive, overly passionate, and can come off as "hot-tempered"

Gina shares a similar ability to Slide, but is unable to pull memories from inanimate objects- and her ability doesn't seem to affect her as much as Slide's does to him (she can do it all she wants with no side effects, as opposed to Slide if he begins to use his ability a lot, will suffer dizziness, headaches, even start stumbling around a bit) nobody can quite understand why they share similar abilities; but not quite a match; although this has baffled Drain and the rest of the Sunshine's.

Relic remains rather silent, not very talkative and mostly hides out in the room that Gina has for him; she doesn't mind this, she tries to get him to talk; even going so far as to swear she will never use her "mind-reading" ability on him, which Relic greatly appreciates this has even gotten Relic to open up to her a bit about his feelings and emotions.

The guardians learn that most of Jedidah's people were slaughtered by Daisy, Relic being one of the only known survivors; which greatly affects him.

According to Relic, HE'S the reason Daisy attacked his people; due to him learning the truth about Daisy's intentions, and sabotaging one of the machine's.

Gina assures him each day he's very gifted, very loved, and she only wants the best for him; which he sarcastically responds with most of the time, but one day she stopped; and he admits to her he's bothered by it, he likes to hear from her how much he's gifted, loved, and how much she cares about him.

I'm not very smart, so I tried to put something smart sounding for Relic; but if it sounds dumb sorry XD just imagine something smart put there for dialouge XD
