Description
**This sparrowhawk was found dead by a local farmer. I have a license to hold dead specimens of protected Irish species**
This will be my next project. I will be doing a series of anatomy reference images similar to the pine marten series I did, as well as creating a study skin (if I can stop the rot) and preparing the skull.
Unfortunately this sparrowhawk wasn't suitable for taxidermy due to an incredibly rotten green belly... but as usual I'll be using everything I can so stay tuned~
