Found a photograph of an old painting. Didn't include it previously as the photo quality is poor. Thought I would add it in a fit of completionist syndrom. Only a scan from a not very good "film" photo. It became a gift for a very good Saudi friend of mine who actually grew up as a child in this place, Al Diriyah (outside of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia). This was actually my favorite of the series. The other paintings in the series can be found in the Architecture folder in my gallery.Related content

I wish you could see a better photo of the painting. Shot this with an old film camera and scanned the picture. The painting is somewhere in Saudi Arabia... Guess I'll never get a good shot for my records.

I have many that way myself. Worse yet, there are a lot of paintings that I sold before I took any kind of a photo!

Thanks. Wish I could say that my "masterful eye for composition" was behind the piece. Just got lucky when I was photographing the place and got an interesting shot worthy of painting.
