The (terrible) spin-off Mortal Kombat: Special Forces. Made an appearance in the MKX comic.

oh yeah never played that, mostly heard bad things about it so probably for then best.
too bad maybe some of the characters from it can get in the better main games they looked interesting

The only one left from Special Forces not in the main game would be Tasia, who's got teleporting and swords to make her stand out. Jarek debuted 2 years prior to Special Forces in MK4 and Tremor made an official appearance in MKX.

There's also No Face but... I don't think anyone really wants him. He's a normal dude with a disfigured face using a flamethrower and explosives.

yeah no face just sounds like syktor without the cool robotness
taisa could be neat with the floating swords
