Here is the first of the NFSAL patterns designed by

I immediately attacked this one with my husband's choices of colors - Black Aida with shiny floss on top. As always, specialty flosses can be a bit more challenging but I had to agree, he had made a beautiful choice. I am definitely please with the outcome.

And as for the cute snowflake at the top, well, I sort of had some issues with the hole and had to improvise making it look less awkward and ugly. Not a great fix, but it works.

Hope others give this a try - I always like to see what interpretations people choose when utilizing the same pattern.
