you mentioned this was a gift, did you give the whole thing to the surgeon? if so, how did you freeze the image in place?

I drilled a hole in the back, and poured out all of the pellets and aluminum powder :3 He was very pleased with it, and was very impressed. Being able to impress a heart surgeon with a picture of a heart is pretty awesome.
