I think his arms are just fine. I think all of him is just fine. I'd say I want him, but he looks like he might be the cold and calculating sort, and when you combine that sort of character with a devestatingly beautiful blond you get something truly frightening
The stone arch is the sort of detail people don't notice, but that's because yuo got it right, and I know they're much harder to do than they look!

it's really nice. i love the background and this guy's shirt. this is probably just more of a personal thing, but it seems like the area where his legs overlap should be a little more defined. it's only because you can see a bit of a line there, but there's no shading to differentiate... or something.

I know what you mean about the legs. I had saved some white space, but I didn't let it dry before I painted those areas so it all blended together
