I don't know how much I like this painting (done in watercolor on really cheap paper XD ) but I thought I would post it anyway.

ok, this will sound weird...BUT...i LOVE how you make your guys seem so feminine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ah..i just love it. i guess those "feminine guys" are super sexy to me...sounds homosexual, but i promise it is not. lol. he's just pretty and i like it. you keep up that awesome work...i love looking at all your art work.

From the thumbnail, it looks like one of the many Gackt pictures my sister has hanging on the wall in her bedroom.
... The portrait is very femme. If you stare at it long enough, it begins to look almost like Meg Ryan... but there is just something about it that nags at you, letting you know it's a guy... I can't put my finger on it.

I'm in love with him. Is precious, I love how you made the eyes. The picture has personality. His look says lots of things, and his lips are sexy.

This is quite a lovely image as well--I see that you have real talent and skill for front or 3/4 head-shots. They are pretty and I want them all. You do things with watercolor around the eyes that are quite stunning to me and lends them that nice angst prettiness that makes these images very alluring.

wow, what is there not to like about him? He's pretty good. He has a bit of "The starving artist" feel to him, but he's also got that bit of a "hey look at me" kinda look, though his eyes do kinda say come hither

I really can't help but adore his nose and his eyes. I love their shape and how you colored them. Wonderful! I love the colors and the soft texture of this piece as well.

Very pretty, i luv how you painted her eyes and the nose shapes. The colors and shading are amazing and really give this little painting a lot of character.
The only thing i see is that her shoulders arent quite accurate, but i could be tricked by her jacket.
Otherwise its a wonderful portrait, i wish i could watercolor like that.

It doesnt seem to have blemished or buckled too much so i wouldnt worry...

Thanks! It buckled and warped a little bit, but it's nothing that putting heavy books on the scanner while I scan it can't help!

Sometimes cheap paper gives a nice texture. I really like the eyes.

Yeah, it's weird like that. Cheap paper doesn't normally look as good, but it does some things that better paper doesn't. Like the paper I'm using now--the color lifts out easily. This makes painting layers and blending colors a bit tricky, but mistakes are very easy to correct (which is a point of contention for a lot of beginning watercolorists, that it is difficult to correct).
