Once a member of the Chicago Motorcycle police, Josephine (Jo) Monroe originally had mixed feelings about being selected for the Catgirl Patrol. Following the treatments that made her part cheetah, she's realized that she was born to run. Able to sprit at over 60 mph, she's come to love chasing down speeders under her own power. Best of all, Jo's been told that she is just jogging and with proper training along with lots of practice may even be able to go faster and longer than her feline counterparts.
