i might be a little bias, but i love it.
part of the off center issue is the scan it is so far over into the binding of the sketchbook that i had to cut out some of that in the scan.
It is very often said that it has to be seen to be better appreciated and it's the case in this, it definitely makes people stop while flipping through that book

you mare correct about the cape. Also his mask strikes as a little too wolverin-ish.
Some of the tiny line work ends up looking like clutter rather than shading or drawing the eye around.
Mind you, the piece looks better blown down or stepped back a few feet to view it.
In the end I think you managed to skip the break down process, and dive into the hard details and inks.
This is meant as "Constructive" critisism.

Thanks for the inking interest - this is a bit more 'scribbly' and 'etchy' as it was a convention sketch done with markers. I normally ink with crowquill.
