This is the colored pencil version of the Tennessee Walking mare line art I did the other week. Not sure what category colored pencils go in, as there really isn't anything other then this category that I can clearly see. It's technically mixed media seeing as the base is marker LOL.

Any way, please excuse my dear old scanner. It's really warped the highlights on the horses body. And yet, I'm still rather proud of this piece, my second traditional piece for the year! It'd be great if I could manage one a month, seeing as last year I think I did a total of...*sobs* one... >_> maybe *can't really remember*
