Aaaah, Angelina! I wanted to draw her for quite some time but with so popular celebrities (and soooo massively drawn!) it is a bit tricky. At least I chose a reference picture that wasn't drawn a million times. (Just ... half a million, hehe!) Her portrait proved so much more difficult than it looks, I just could't get her right!!! I think she's perfect! She's exactly like I remember her!
I'm in fact a little bit ashamed to say that beside Milla Jovovich, Tilda Swinton, and Cate Blanchett, she's my favourite action actress. I know its so clichΓ© so say that, but I just like her style so much...Β

Her dress with the tacks was great challenge.

Oh yes! It was the last thing I did and by that time I was so impatient to finish, I even thought of removing the tacks completely! Fortunately the dress didn't show so much in my reference(compared to yours!!) You are truly a hero!

But really it was worth the pain, the tacks on her dress is a very important detail in this drawing.
