Description Whoa, almost forgot to put my blurb here!

I notice that I tend to have color conflicts when multiple characters enter a scene. I'm not sure what I can do to rectify the problem except dumb down the color with neutral tones or monochrome... any ideas in that respect would be much appreciated.

That aside, this page was pure fun! I got to depict the characters in rather uncommon situations compared to the comic so far, and not always in a flattering light. Full view if you don't see what I mean quite yet...

As usual, lemme know what your favorite panel is, what your least favorite panel is, and what your favorite line of dialogue is.

Nice work, as always. Sorry I'm late on commenting; bit behind on my watches (nearly got up to 200 this time).

My favorite panel is kind of a tie... I love Emerald's panicked look from realizing her "tough girl" image is in severe danger, yet seeing Mendoza sprawled on the floor is so amusing. XD Poor guy can't catch a break.

Least favorite... oy, I can't choose. There's nothing I really dislike here. All the panels look good to me (and where the heck did Topaz get that beret?? ).

Favorite line... "Mulligan" XD It's just so random! I've no idea what he's talking about, but I know he's not feeling that well.

I like the idea that you choose not to portray the characters with one dimensional flattery. It’s hard to be mean to your characters when you love them so much. People need flaws. I suppose foxes do too...

I love the whole thing. Poor Emerald. No she's what I call a mean cook. Lol.

Panel Two is pure shock man, I can not believe that Emerald bakes? He knew, lol.

Emerald I demand choclate chip cookies to keep silent, or else I will post the video I have of you cooking in the pink bath robe and fuzzy slippers, while singing the theme to "My Little Pony" on the Internet.

Emerald: You're really playing with fire, Mr. Hoyle... *fumes at you*

Now, now, Em, killing the fans doesn't solve anything! Besides, cookie mix is cheap-AAGH!

Like I would ever be afraid of a vixen who wears pink fuzzy bunny slippers.

Ah! I get why she had to open the window now! It all makes sense and works well now cause I can look back one page and see hem parachuting toward the window..

Let's see. I think the second panel would be my favorite except the background color is too contrasting with everything else and makes it hard to look at. Her expression and design is priceless though so I think I'll say my favorite panel is the last one as everything seems perfect. Them some damn ugly pants.

Least favorite panel is number three. Emerald's arm is too short, her head is kinda big and topaz's head looks a little odd. Especially the placement of her eyes on her head. I hope the intent was not to have them drawn very cartoony here to make it more humorous. If it was, it was not stressed quite enough.

Favorite dialogue is tough. I like all the the exchange between Topaz and Emerald but I think Topaz's last line witht the beret is the best.

I never imagined seeing emerald dress like that? What is going on with the JV bad girl?

I admit, the page in general isn't one of my better technical feats, and I'll concede that panel 3 does have a few technical errors, but what's wrong with the placement of Topaz's eyes? It's sort of a rear three-quarter view, so I thought that putting her eyes a bit further forward than normal would give off the proper effect (as opposed to a profile shot).

You're right about Emerald's head, though, even though it came out alright- just too big

I guess it did not look like a three quarter view to me. It looked more like a profile shot.

It appears that "Emmy" has a few secrets she wants to keep...

My goodness, Emerald looks like a mother(especially in the second panel), with stress, bad hair and all! No wonder she's really on the edge with the more childlike Topaz! ^_^ It seems that cookbooks can be so addicting!

I also love how Topaz puts on a beret to the situation, as if this were a cartoon. Oh wait, it is!
