Oh, and hooray for AI! One of my boyfriends (a programmer) was obsessed with it. He kept trying to write his own--based off the simple Eliza model, I think-- and kept getting frustrated with it. The process of persuading a computer to 'think' for itself is quite fascinating and involved, I must say
