Dík. U takhle starého výtvoru si vážně již nevzpomenu. Dnes na planety používám textury kolem 10000x10000px ... mlhoviny jsou malované přes tablet.

The color is amazing! I like green but never use it in my own work because I suck at color theory. Apparently you seem to have a pretty good handle on it.
And would that be some kind of nebula causing the green light? Or are there green stars that I don't know about yet.

I'm glad you know that there are no green stars (well - they are, but we see them as white dwarfs). I think it's some green nebulae covering a few yellow stars, that are the main light source.
This is quite old piece when I didn't pay attention to these space 'facts'. Today I barely do something like green star.

I had an idea for a story a while back that involved a green star, but I could never decide on what the star did (obviously it had to hold some kind of strange power, being green and all).
And I didn't know that white dwarfs were green (or some of them are?).

No - they are green, but due to theyr luminosity (they shine too bright) our eyes cannot percept them in green - we see them just in white.
