For those who don't get it, basically Peter Capaldi is the Twelfth Doctor and his best known role prior to this was as the reaaaally foul-mouthed Malcolm Tucker on The Thick of It.

Unfortunately, he can't swear around kids. Dangit. But still, I'd be quite pleased if Moffat found a way to write around that and have these be his last words. I mean, there's "I don't wanna go", "I will always remember when the Doctor was me", and then "F*ckity bye."

There's still means of putting swear words without actually using them in the dialogue. There was something like that with Lady Cassandra in the episode New Earth.
At some point in a Big Finish audio, a character asks Charley, who doesn't want to play along, if she knows how many four letter words there's in the English language and she answers "I can think of a few right now..."
