I love how the dam can't hold back the mist- and in fact disappears into it. The scrap of horizon has a pivotal role in it all.

I like this one, it's peaceful and calming. I really like how you left part of the rough shoreline in the shot as well, it breaks apart from the softness of the water and the smooth curves of the damn.

Yes, first I thought I'd crop out the shoreline completely, but then I realized it made the composition much more interesting. I'm glad you like it too!
