Well, for a Photoshop-free image, this doesn't look half-bad.This's just me testing out my new PC which, while it doesn't have a great graphics card, it has 8GB of RAM, which makes me really happy. ^^

I remember the EQG models are ready for use in Gmod & SFM but it does have some bugs.

It's an i5, with 8GB RAM and a GeForce 710a.

i5 is from Haswell generation a.k.a Model 4530 (1st digit is generation & 2nd digit being i5 range). DDR3 8GB RAM and WHAT? Just a simple GTX 710?
The lowest end GPU is not likely going to support well for modern software, it will not run fast and games also will not be able to play at Max Settings as well. Why such low end?
Mine is an acceptable Haswell i5 too, DDR3 8GB RAM by Corsair's RAMs and a Gigabyte GTX650. Yes, it's a mid-end but outdated graphic card, but what am I going to do.

Creator did mention that is it the model is still unstable to use, maybe hence the Derped video he made to show they're not ready for SFM use yet. 3D stuff inside it which I cannot say much, but still, not ready for proper use unless it must be ported completely and most importantly is optimized it. Pretty much the same how it goes for the pony models in the past, made & ported by KPShadowSquirrel and finally optimized by Nahka.

I was actually saying that because, like I said to John, I'm taking a while with showing something with EG models is because I'm working on a comic. Not because they're unstable. Well, at least that's what I'm assuming you're assuming with the reply you gave to me.

I actually didn't have any serious issues with the ragdolls, so far. They're all working perfectly.
I only wish the facial sliders were a bit more simple, though.

Aha, there's still some work as you mentioned, as we know, it'll be optimized to make it more user-friendly, I'm sure you also know what happened during the construction of the 3D ponies before they became widely used in Gmod & SFM long time ago.
