I am kind of glad she is wearing full on chain mail. However the plate on the stomach looks a bit out of place in my opinion. Everything else looks great though!

No worries. If I really loved it, I'd be defending it. "Made sense at the time," grants that it doesn't make as much sense now.
But, like most of the stuff I do on DA, she was for fun and practice, so I didn't want to scrub her because the armor/corset/belt/plate didn't look as good as I'd have liked. And, as you noted, I was still pretty happy with the gel pen for armor highlights, so up she went.

I use markers as well actually. I like to use pro and tria markers by letraset. How about you?

Utrecht Art Markers. They have the brush tip/chisel tip, and are about 1/3 the price of Copics.
Of course, if I were making any serious $$ off this, it'd be Copics.

I see, I have never heard of those ones before actually. Letraset markers are much cheaper the copics as well and I prefer the way they blend too.
That is fair enough, I guess it is OK to mix markers if they blend well together. I know if I had more money I would buy many more markers as a whole because the more colours the better really.

Agreed. That's part of the Copic issue, frankly. More colors and variations thereof. But, limited funds and all that.

I see that does make sense, maybe have the bulk of your collection cheaper brands and only get expensive ones if they have a colour you can't get cheaper? I know what you mean with the limited funds and all though. I have the same issue and really wish I had more markers.
