Description The role of Harley Quinn was an important one for Margo Robbie. It was the chance to star in a big budget summer movie, hopefully a series of big budget summer movies. Those are the kinds of films that give actors mainstream exposure. This is the kind of role that can turn a movie actor into a movie star.

Margo was so concerned about getting her performance just right that a psychologist was brought on to the production to help her understand Harley's mind. They began with the most important lesson; how a person can make the affection and approval of another person the center of their universe. She was taught how someone could make another person's needs more important to her than even her own. She came to see, with complete clarity, how this deep desire to please someone else could twist her own thoughts and desires. This psychologist was instrumental in helping Margo see how someone could develop a complete disregard for fitting in to society. Margo was made to understand what it would take for a person to stop caring about man-made concepts like conscience and morality. This led her to see how freeing that could be, since it would allow a person to act on their every whim without any concern for the consequences. And that in turn led her to grasp how someone with Harley's background could come to enjoy physically and psychologically torturing people, instead of helping them.

Margo made all these thoughts and ideas her own, giving her an entirely new personality to draw on when she was acting; the personality of Harley Quinn. She really felt she inhabited the role when she was on set, and audiences agreed with her. Even people that didn't like the movie tended to praise her performance. Almost immediately after the film was released, Margo was in talks to play the character again in various sequels and spin offs.

Margo was grateful to the psychologist for the help improving her performance, so she was pleased to bump in to him years later when she was promoting a different film. It seems his work with Margo had made him well known in Hollywood, and he's gone on to assist in many different productions since then.

What Margo didn't realize is that the personality she'd drawn on to play Harley Quinn was still with her, dormant in her mind. Her work with the psychologist had given Margo Robbie the thoughts and feelings of a codependent sociopath, lurking just beneath the surface of her mind, waiting to be let out. And the psychologist that helped create that personality knew exactly how to set it free.

The psychologist had become quite taken with Margo during their sessions together, and when the movie was released he found her performance quite stimulating. Now was the perfect time to turn those fantasies he's had about Margo into reality. He was about to become Mista J to her Harley Quinn.

(Her name is Margot, not Harley)

Margot takes in the familiar sight of the clinic. It's been over a year since she's been here, but hardly anything has changed. Even the smirking face of Hayaku Hikari looks the same. She return his smile, despite his odd greeting. There was something comforting about the familiar surroundings. "Hello Hayaku. I'm actually about to film another movie as Harley, so I thought it would be a good idea to stop in."

"Ah yes please tale a seat" he says getting in his old chair, the psycologist was pleased with her choice and asked "what movie is it if I may ask? Cause I doubt much would have warranted another visit" he went into interrogation as if he was in a session, which to Margot is normal, he may have thought she needed help in the role which is sweet of him

(Any chance we could have the psychologist become the Miss J to Margo's Harley Quinn? Also I have an idea that Harley Quinn-Margo could turn the tables once she realizes that I don't actually believe I'm Miss J and make turn me into her Miss J.)

(I'm sure Harley Quinn-Margo would be able to figure something out. After all, she is a psychopath )

Victoria grins widely as the door to her office opens. "Well, well, well, if it isn't my favorite client?" She jokes as she stands up to extend her hand to Margo Robbie. A new spin-off of Suicide Squad is being produced and she invited Margo to come back for a refresher session. It was the easiest excuse for her to be able to get Margo alone in private for an entire day so she could live her fantasy.

"I cleared my schedule for the entire day." Victoria says as she walks towards a sofa and chair. She turns to Margo, "So, how have you been? Any movie details you can clue me in on? I promise I won't leak any spoilers." She laughs softly. Victoria wouldn't have been hired by any movie production company if she leaked details.

Victoria takes a seat, crossing her legs. "So, how much do you remember about Harley Quinn's personality?" The psychologist asks with curiosity. She wants to know what is easily remembered and what is below the surface.

Margo smiles as she shakes Victoria's hand. "I bet you say that to all your clients." She remembers their time together on Suicide Squad to be a pleasant experience, though for some reason she struggles to recall many specific details of their sessions.

She takes a seat on the sofa opposite Victoria, adjusting her dress slightly before crossing her legs. "I've been doing well, thanks. I had a lot of fun filming Birds of Prey, and now I'm going to play Harley again in the next Suicide Squad. I was a producer on Birds of Prey, and I managed to make Harley a more independent, heroic character. I want to keep that with the new Suicide Squad. I remember the attitude you gave me as Harley, the anger, the dismissal of authority, and of course her dependence on Joker. I don't really remember anything specific, though. I guess it's been too long." Margot laughs, completely unaware of just how deeply Harley got inside her mind. "I want to keep that hard edge you gave me last time, but at the same time make her closer to the character I created in Birds of Prey. Free of the Joker and more heroic."

LezRolePlays In reply to Johnsteed7 [2019-09-18 03:32:55 +0000 UTC]

Victoria listens intently. She takes some notes, smiling that a suggestion she put in Margo’s head to expand the character took hold. Although, the psychologist preferred Harley Quinn in her villainess form, co-dependent to the Joker, for her fantasy to be realized. “And I don’t say that to everyone.” She laughs.

Victoria leans forward towards Margo. She takes a deep breath, “Well, for Harley to be free of the Joker, she’s have to face the Joker head on. The character is too attached to Harley’s personality.” Pausing for a moment, she looks at her notes, acting like she is trying to come up with an idea. “Of course, the Joker isn’t here, but, I’d step in to fill the gap. Once Harley has broken the bonds with the Joker, I’d put you back in the trance.” Of course, Victoria doesn’t plan on doing that at all.

Although it goes against every ethical rule, Victoria wants to live life on the wild side just once. She wants her fantasy, a villainess, co-dependent Harley Quinn to which she is the ‘Jokeress,’ a genderbent version of the character. One thing she does plan on doing this time, which she intends as a failsafe, is to let Harley know that she ‘used to be’ Margo Robbie, a famous actress.

(With that picture of Margot, I really couldn't resist doing this RP.)

Dr. Ruben Miller didn't think he would meet her again in the most mundane way possible. They just happened to pass through the same street and recognized each other. Margot looked as lovely as she did back when she was filming Suicide Squad and did those 'therapy sessions' with him. Those therapy sessions were essential in Margot's performance as the villainess Harley Quinn. And that performance led to both of their careers gaining more momentum. But it also led to a constant desire in the young psychologist's mind that resolved around only and only her. Ruben greeted her with a warm smile.

''Well well, isn't this my favourite customer? Hello Marge. How have you been?''

(I usually alter the photos I use in some way, but this one was too perfect to change. Did you mean to call her Marge?)

Margot took a moment to recognize the man approaching her, but she hid her momentary confusion well. "Doctor Miller? Wow, it's been so long! I'm doing quite well, how about you?" Once she remembered him, Margot was genuinely pleased to see him. She was very unsure of her performance before they met, and she credits their sessions for helping her to become the character.

(Yeah, I called her Marge as a nickname sort of thing.)

He was relieved that Margot also recognized him. He could see she was also happy to see him too. After all, he thought he helped her career as much as she helped his career.

''Likewise. I've been getting more high-profile jobs ever since what we have accomplished in Suicide Squad. So I really have to thank you for that. You were a great subject.''

He was genuine at that. But the gratitude he felt for her didn't outweigh his desire to see her in Harley Quinn's personality once again.

"Aww... thank." Margot smiles, happy to be praised from someone she respects. Just then, a nervous man approaches holding a photo of her. "Excuse me, Margot. Sorry to bother you, but I'm a really big fan. Would you mind signing this?"

Margot happily signs the photo and talks with the fan for a few seconds before he leaves, then turns back to the Ruben. "Sorry about that. Well... I've got some more interviews scheduled today. It was nice seeing you again. "

He smiled, realizing Margot started to breathe like he instructed him. It was almost like his voice and that couch made a Pavlovian reflex in her.

''Don't stop breathing while listening to me.''

He instructed first, still a friendly smile can be found on his face.

''Well, there's a new psychological thriller movie in the works, which I've been contacted about and was told not to reveal anything yet. They think I can help the lead actress with her performance. And that role bears a lot of similarities to what we have done with Harley. I thought I could get some inspiration from briefly working with you before I fully accept their offer.''

Margot gets annoyed as she listens. She's had a busy day today, and she doesn't appreciate someone she hasn't seen in years unofficially using her to help with his business. But the doctor was right. The office and Margot's breathing did have a soothing effect on her, reminding her of doing the same thing years ago. Instead of storming out in anger she just gives him a gentle reminder. "Not sure how much inspiration I can give you, Doctor Miller. After all, I can only stay for a few minutes."

''A few minutes is alright. I aim to get as much as I can get.''

The time was running short, but he wanted to at least influence her enough in few minutes to make her willing to do this again. Continuing to breath and focusing on his voice would slowly sculpt her mind.

''Please, continue to breath and listen to my voice. As I used to tell you, every person in the world has a drive to do things. One thing in center of their universes. This is most usually themselves. They do the things they know that would most be in their interest. But as you can remember, with Harley Quinn, we managed to put an entirely another person into the center. Maybe you remember the word as well: 'corruisset'.''

He smiled again, now having used the trigger word that would at least make her more suggestible to his requests.

Margot didn't understand why he was suddenly so eager for her to leave. She expected... no, she hoped... that their session would go longer. She enjoyed working with him so much on Suicide Squad. She just wanted that great feeling back. "Are you sure you don't need me anymore? I have some free time tomorrow if... er.... if you think I can still be helpful."
