Something that I had on the backburner for a skinny minute, but other things (mainly Jhazira) got in the way. I forgotten to draw her necklace, but I don't think that it's such a big deal.Related content

Nice job with the colors here. You did a great job bringing out the sunset feel and keeping the character contrasted against the scene. I would suggest next time you come up with a scene like this, that you keep your focal point out of the center of the frame. If she were on the right hand side of the image, with some more background details (like mountains, clouds and such) filling up the left side of the frame, the composition would be stronger. But you're really improving.

Thanks for the critique, Dual. Lookig back on the pic, I could've added some more detail such as some clouds or birds in the sky in the backgroun, and maybe some cracks in the rocks. I been noticing that My background lacks a certain degree of detail. At first, it didn't bother me since I just wanted to draw a background, period. Now, I think that I need to step things up in that regard.

It's all growth. I remember when you just drew pics of your characters standing there (kind of like I still do far too often). Now, not only are you incorporating backgrounds, but you're making good use of color in them as well. That means your skills, as well as your vision as an artist, are definitely improving.

Really busy. I'm at the crunch time with school, getting ready to graduate in a month and unpacking with my family. We moved to our first house a week and a half ago.
