was sketchin a face...just doing a study from memory...started to look like dhalsim-well to me anyways...so I made this random sketch dhalsim
workin on the greyscale now too...post that later if it survives

yes I used a cintiq tablet actually
was originally a Donovan face (from darkstalkers) looked more like dhalsim...so...changed it

dude if you've seen my gallery, you would know i am serious about the turban. 
But ya that's cool if youre gona leave this as a sketch. Most of my work lives on forever (well until the paper disintegrates) in sketch form, as well.

he's a little more broad than I expect of Dhalsim but this is definitely a great start, I'd love to see this finished!

yup thought the same, I loved how he had huge shoulders in the game sprites but lenky arms and then bulky forearms...as if the muscles were all bunched together so that they could stretch so far...didn't capture that here-he's just bulky you're right lol
anyways...looks like this one aint gettin' finished anytime soon

no problem, love what's here so far.... I am with you on how the muscles are taken care of in the sprites, i think you'd just have to draw more in this to show that..... what's stopping you from working on it more?

His eyes are intense and they don't have pupils in them. That's good!

i like dhalsim, akuma and even blanka with no pupils(or barely noticeable pupils)...there's others too i'm sure..oh like Oro!

The eyes being so open is not something you run across all the time in art, and i really dig that you are doing it. your characters have such an intensity to them, and i think that is a main reason. great sketch.
