When you open a VS in skinstudio it automatically converts it to Windowblinds format. All you have to do after that is tweak a few graphics and settings.

SmoothMetal is my 1st visual style, i'm just a Newbie
i've seen many visual styles since i was interested in customizing desktop.
so, in my memory, there are some themes which attracted me
and they surely did effect to my work and style...
my favourite themes are x-metal, pulsar, brushed and samui and so forth
i can't say that my vs is unique,
i think "because they are, my work exists"

yeah, your idea is great !!
i did test SmoothMetal with several other toolbar skins couples of time
my conclusiton: SmoothMetal "mono" is matched "PulsarBlack" toolbar (you can see screenshot [link] )
and, SmoothMetal "gray" is matched "X-metal" and "Milk" toolbar
if i make styler toolbar skin for SmoothMetal, it will has two versions
but, my new term will be begin soon, so i can't sure when i'll start that work

I'm still working on tabs,but pushbutton need some tweaks(have no idea about mouseover,maybe white text shadow color) and i think it would be perfect.Ofcourse u can use them!Mail me if you whant them,or u can make them ...smokie_the_thug@yahoo.com
