In my finalist vacation I went to Andorra and I bought a box full of cookies: Mantecados & Polvorones.
Some say Alfajor, I guess they were based in those you described. I became obcessed with this things and I just can't get enough but unfortunatly I'm in Portugal and they don't sell mantecados here, so I tried to make them myself but obviously it wasn't the same... Do you like mantecados and polvorones?

well here in Argentina, we dont know what a mantecado is, and the polvorones is a cookie with sugar, really really dry!.
An alfajor is very simple to do, is like a sweet sandwich

GREAT ! this is so fun to look at, even given the fact I don't understand what is being said. Such a fun drawing style, deliciously funky colours and funny onomatopea "sob", "snif" (mostly used in english ) and my favourite ^_^ "chomp chomp". anyone using "chomp chomp" for an eating sound in a comic strip is my personal hero .
