Panther II had never been built... The project of the Panther II died even before the first Panther was built.
That one is a pure PanzerKampfWagen VI ausf.B Tiger II (Henschel)

Oh and your website is a bit wrong. The Schmall turm presented one it is the one of the prototype for the Panther ausf. F (in 1945), Panther II project was stopped at the beginning of 1943.
The tank that should had take the place of the Panther for the PanzerWaffe 1946 would have been the E50.
