Well, here she is all you "What It's Like" readers and those NOT reading the fic alike.This is Sanctity. A play off of Yuffie Kisaragi and Vincent Valentine's demon parasite, Chaos.
Though it had influences from the above mentioned characters, this is one of my own and I felt it belonged in the Manga and Anime category, NOT fanart. Cause it isn't fanart.
I touched up the work in Photoshop and eliminated the blue photo pencil in the work. I am still touching up this picture, so I have no idea why it is the final product.
However, the changes may never happen and I want to post this now.
I am very proud of this work. It took over three weeks of work at about 10 to 12 hours a week.
Mostly it was underdrawing, fine tuning, and shading that took the longest, but it just goes to show you that sometimes longer is still better.
I used a .5 mechanical pencil with HB lead to complete this piece, as well as a design photoblue pencil.

Oh, wow.
That's amazingly done. As are almost all of your pieces.
The shading is beyond amazing. Way better than anything I could think of doing.
There's just not enough words I could provide to say how great this looks.
Definitely keep it up.

I wrote a journal about everything that's been going on with me since I 'left' here, so if you're interested, there's that.
And you're work deserves nothing less than amazing words.
And I promise as well not to give up on myself. I've made a promise to myself to keep improving my talent, considering college time for me is very close. I'd love to do an art major.

Okay, okay, no tears. . .but do consider an art major. The field is very versatile, and even though I went into a Fine Arts field, I don't regret it for one second. Like you, I wanted to learn more about the craft and perfect my skills. In four years of college, I managed that, and I feel like I know more now than ever before. That is true artistic power.
So, if that's your dream, persue it. Cause sometimes, it is the only thing us artists have.

I plan on double majoring in college. Arts and Sociology. Because both interest me to no end. So that'll be really fun.

Good choice. I never much got into Sociology, but hey, if it works for you, run with it. That's what I always say.

Sociology always interested me because human behavior alway interested me greatly. I like finding out what makes people tick and such.
I hope it works out for me too. I'm just afraid it might be TOO much, so I'm going to major in Sociology and take an art course and see I do with that.
