Description
A request for nobody-kadaj . Princess Daisy with a bouquet of daisies. Everyone draws her as tomboy, so I wanted to draw something more cute and feminine. I haven't drawn anything Mario-related, so I hope I've done her justice!LINEART
Done with Sakura Micron pens, ShinHan Touch Twin Brush markers, Copic markers, Tombow brush pens and Sakura Gelly Roll white gel pen.

She is a tomboy, but she does have a girly streak, such as vanity and an interest in shopping. I could see her carrying a bouquet.

I don't think that vanity is exactly a 'girly' trait, though. If anything, Wario's the definition of vanity! XD
I do see her as being interested in gardening or something similar, hailing from a desert land where they probably had to put in a lot of efforts to make plants grow... Sorry, I'm not big on Mario lore...

I'll give you a rundown on some of the lore:
Sarasaland is comprised of four kingdoms, each based on an element and bit of paranormal phenomena.
Birabuto Kingdom, which is fire-based and themed after Ancient Egypt due to the pyramids in the bg.
Muda Kingdom, which is water-based and is themed after the Bermuda Triangle.
Easton Kingdom, which is earth-based and is themed after Easter Island due to the moai statues that are in the bg and are used as enemies.
Chai Kingdom, which is wind-based and is themed after Ancient China due to the pionpi enemies (which are based on jiangshi, China's answer to vampires).
So, Sarasaland is about 1/4 desert.

Sarasaland only appeared in "Super Mario Land", but it has been mentioned in other games. It's considered the oddball in the series since it notably lacks the standard themes used in Super Mario Bros.
Daisy has primarily been relegated to spinoffs. These include Mario Party, Mario Kart, any Mario Sports title (baseball, strikers, etc.), Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games, and Super Smash Bros Ultimate. She hasn't appeared in any main series title, nor has she appeared in the Mario & Luigi RPG series or the Luigi's Mansion series. The latter is a bit contentious since Daisy and Luigi are implied to be an item.

That much I know, yeah. It's a shame, really - there's so much that could be done with all of it, yet Nintendo doesn't do anything at all.

Part of the reason is because they receive hundreds, if not thousands of ideas each and every day. What these people don't know is that any unsolicited ideas sent to Nintendo automatically become ideas they can't use due to the massive amounts of legal red tape. That only means that thousands of perfectly good ideas are instantly thrown into the garbage bin, and it can screw up their existing plans for games...
